It\’s a time consuming, painful activity that does nothing to actually grow your business. The old way was to carry a pen, clipboard, printed paper versions of your checklist and a digital camera to record the conditions at a property, and once you\’re back at the office you upload the photos, re-type all your notes and then try to format everything in Word before finding a place to file and store everything and then send it over to your client and the property tenants. With Property Inspect you complete the inspection at the property, and then by the time you drive out the driveway, the entire job is DONE. |

| Tell us about the market & founders, why is this a great opportunity? | Steve has built his entire career around his love for all things web and mobile. He initially launched his first business, Radweb, to build eCommerce websites for customers and grew to be servicing sites with over $1Million in annual sales. Being exposed to so many different businesses, he was able to learn first hand about the challenges his customers were facing that Steve KNEW he could solve with software. That led to the creation of Inventorybase, which is now serving thousands of property managers in the UK. And now, while continuing to expand his UK operations, he\’s opening up to bring his industry leading software to the international markets as Property Inspect. As CTO of this new venture, Steve leads a crack team of designers and developers for both web and mobile who are innovating the property management industry at a feverish pace. |
