Tell us about the market & founders, why is this a great opportunity?	The founders of Threads met while working together at a digital firm in LA. It is a corporate environment and fashion was not a focus, until…it was! The women had a big meeting with a fashion client and needed to up their style game.They went back and forth about what to wear to look fashionable, but not too casual, and to look like they tried, but not too hard. They googled, checked pinterest, searched hashtags, shopped in stores and eventually, it hit them; it was nearly impossible to get relevant inspiration for the occasions they needed it for most, in styles that they would actually wear. The two founders have opposite tastes; what worked for one didn’t work for the other. Finally, when they each woman found an outfit she loved, she had to hunt to find items. Frustrated with the process they underwent, they decided to set forth and design a much better experience for others like them and Threads was born. The mission of Threads is to inspire women with personally relevant styles, for the occasions they need and lifestyles they lead, that are easily shoppable.
