| What problem are you solving? | [This pitch is brought to you by Startuplister] The application now makes shortlisting candidates from Craigslist job postings a lot easier. Most softwares either filter out some candidates or simply accept incoming candidate resumes in a single place to be reviewed by the hiring manager or a team member. However Shortlist360 removes the need to manually shortlist those final candidates out of a pile or batch. |
| What is your solution? | Shortlist360 is the first software application that helps small business employers, hiring managers or recruiters posting jobs at Craigslist to score & rank incoming candidates. The application automatically surfaces the most qualified candidates as they apply. It uses semantic matching and predictive analysis algorithms that compare employers job postings with candidate resumes. Shortlist360 also processes and scores candidates from email attachments received from Craigslist job posts using a custom generated reply email. |
