| Tell us about the market & founders, why is this a great opportunity? | Our founding team (James Kassemi, Scott Maloney, and Chad Person) has worked on several projects and startups in the past – spanning the gammut from fintech, media-tech, daily deals, education, and multiuser multitouch experiences. We came up with BowTie out of our own need. When we decided to start a company, the three of us couldn’t decide on a a single project to build. We had far too many ideas and too little time. Our CTO James suggested building a framework to help us launch and validate several of them more easily – without rebuilding the same services over and over. As we fleshed out that concept friends and colleagues were anxious to try our ‘internal tool’, so it quickly evolved into the BowTie MVP. |
