How will you make money? The goal is to power all possible online and offline touchpoints for feedback including VOIP, social media listening, IoT devices and custom built low energy tablets. We plan to integrate the product with 100s of platforms for seamlessly syncing of responses as well as triggering feedback requests from different platforms. Most importantly to use Machine Learning and AI in a big way for our customers to discover feedback trends so that we can understand their data better. Therefore we have a plan to change the way feedback is taken from customers and employees alike. We have monthly subscription based model
