You can record your feelings for up to 30 seconds and choose your emotion: Excited, Happy, Calm, Sad, and Angry. Then Ashlee will respond to you with positive feedback to get you organized. Not only sharing, but reflecting on your feelings has a positive effect on your mind, makes your self-esteem grow, and helps you to stay focused. In all, it will have a positive impact on your mental health. Being based on CBT, this new voice-based social network gives you access to a virtual psychotherapist free of cost, right in your pocket, for 24/7 communication.
