You can talk to Nao’s chatbot and AI assistant “Ashlee” when you are depressed and get replies every time. You can record your feelings for up to 30 seconds and choose your emotion: Excited, Happy, Calm, Sad, and Angry. Then Ashlee will respond to you with positive feedback to get you organized. Not only sharing, but reflecting on your feelings has a positive effect on your mind, makes your self-esteem grow, and helps you to stay focused. In all, it will have a positive impact on your mental health. Being based on CBT, this new voice-based social network gives you access to a virtual psychotherapist free of cost, right in your pocket, for 24/7 communication.
