Elevator Pitch: Sorted AI is a Smart Document Manager enabling the user to automatically organize, manage and share personal documents and critical information.

Sorted AI takes care of the following –
1. Segregate documents automatically under heads such as personal, education, medical, appliances etc
2. Extract important information from the documents such as warranty expiry, insurance expiry, customer support number, personal id number etc.
3. Sorted AI is an all-in-one app which provides proactive alerts such as renewal dates, payment reminders etc.

Target Market: Primary user of Sorted will be the decision maker(s) and bread winner(s) of the family. Our hypothesis is that the financial & insurance information is rarely shared amongst family members and is usually handled by the bread winner of the family. Our strategy is to make users aware about this and help them share important critical information with their spouse, children and parents.

How will you make money? At this point we think there are 2 potential monetization options for Sorted:
1. Subscription Model – A freemium model, where basic services are free but some advanced features such as a family share account, security elements such as password protection, higher storage capacity etc. would be part of a subscription.
2. Lead Generation Model – Since we are providing more information related to the document along with storage, we could facilitate transactions such as a user looking to renew their insurance document could get a link to various service providers within the Sorted app itself. Any leads passed on to the service providers can be monetized.
