Elevator Pitch: The TutorCruncher system was originally created as an in-house project for an existing UK-based tutoring agency. The TutorCruncher co-founders, Malachy and Samuel worked within the agency trying to figure out a way to simplify the admin issues of running operations. From this experience, it was clear to them that there in fact no simplified solution and an in-house system would have to be built to address these shortcomings and help a small number of UK tutoring agencies run their businesses better. One of the most challenging aspects of building the initial TutorCruncher system was trying to simplify the complex and unique processes that make up day-to-day tutoring operations. A lot of hard development work and strategizing was necessary to get the system up and running.
