We acquire users more cheaply than other property websites, who then invite friends (for free), we have more touch points with our users, and hence more ways to monetize. Which we can re-invest in acquiring more users / very strong network effects.
Target Market: Our property social network is for anybody that lives in a home!
How will you make money?: Freemium./We have just started to monetise our extensive property data assets. We are looking to 10x our MRR by the end of Summer 2021.
