Elevator Pitch: Lensa is a 4-year old rapidly growing recruitment tech company on the US market with more than 8 million registered members. Our aim is to have a massive impact on humans striving for a meaningful career and help them find their dream job. We do this by offering best in class technology, jobseeker focus and transparency.

As an extra feature we allow our registered members to play a special ‘Workstyle game’ to assess their soft skills – e.g. the person’s strategy in tackling problems, how well they can focus, how they approach complex problems – and identify personality archetypes, so they can add more value to their resume and help our system in finding the most matching jobs for them.
