We know that finding that perfect rental property can be time-consuming and stressful and we’re here to ease the long-standing pain by simplifying the rental process, strengthening the landlord-tenant relationship and helping both parties make smarter decisions.

Since 2016, CIRCL has been seeking novel ways to improve the rental process’s efficiency from the start of the rental search to the closing of deals. Our team is on a mission of changing the stressful process of renting to an easy and transparent experience. CIRCL uses real-time data, engaging map views and innovative tools to help renters search the places they want. Landlords can post property adverts, manage multiple rental properties and collect offers.
