What a great idea. The problem this startup is solving is that business has no corporate memory. They help teams to make decisions and track the outcomes and actions that result, giving historical perspective as well as an accountability tool to drive performance.

From personal experience in corporates, small business and the Defence Force I can tell you its a rare management team that has a culture in place that tracks all decisions and meeting action items to completion.

Im sure it happens at the board level where minutes are kept, but lower down the tree everyone has their own system, notes, spreadsheets, lists etc, none of which is visible at a global level.

Even better the founders are Australian and have up stumps and moved to Silicon Valley for a shot at the big time.
