What problem are you solving? Currently, hosts are printing out and/or emailing bulky text-based house manuals. This time-consuming and tedious inconvenience for the host is also an unattractive, cumbersome, and archaic user experience for the guest. As a result, guests rarely use these phonebook-like manuals, and frequently reach out to their host when any problems or questions arise in search of quick answers. This takes time away from the host’s already hectic day (since most are working professionals) and devalues the guest’s trip experience. Furthermore, most of the questions asked are repeated frequently and could be answered with a quick reference to a pre-written guide. Hosts who have more than one listing typically run completely “hands off listings”—meaning that most of their properties are automated to remove any direct host involvement. While there are current services (like Guesty.com) to assist these multi-listing hosts with the required physical maintenance of their listings, none, besides Coral, exist to facilitate the efficient distribution of essential information to their multitude of guests.
What is your solution? Coral is an interactive home guide that helps your guests get settled easily and eliminates hosting-related headaches. Hosts on home sharing platforms like Airbnb can express their voice and personality when sharing all their important home information, local recommendations, and tips on how to use the tech & amenities in their home to enable their guests to get the most out of their stay. Coral is accessible on any device, anywhere, for guests to find all the information they need, when they need it. This allows them to enjoy their trip without relying on their host at every turn.
Target Market Home sharing hosts/guests, Airbnb, vacation rental, short term rental properties
