| What problem are you solving? | Many MVP stage startups struggle to raise further investment or get onto accelerators due to lack of traction. This is often due to having a poor product/market fit.We start by solving the product/market fit problem and then provide the support that can help our startups build early traction and raise investment. |
| What is your solution? | Over the course of a 12 week programme, IncuBus London helps startups find product/market fit, build traction and get ready to pitch to accelerators and investors.The programme consists of weekly mentor and skills workshop sessions, office hours and KPI catchups. Each programme ends with a demo week where startups pitch to accelerators, investors and partners. Having originally started on a renovated London bus, we quickly expanded to \’proper\’ offices. As of January 2016, IncuBus run two programmes from \’proper offices\’. The bus showcases startups at events and tours around the country and at Europe and is regularly hired out for events. Currently there are two IncuBus programmes, IncuBus Future of Work with PwC hosted in London Bridge and IncuBus Retail with Camden Market hosted at Camden Interchange. |

| Tell us about the market & founders, why is this a great opportunity? | Rishi Chowdhury & George Johnston met while at one of London\’s fastest growing startups, Huddle.Rishi has previously run three startups and consulted for over 20 prior to starting IncuBus London. He exited his first startup, failed with his second attempt and his third startup still exists alongside IncuBus London. George had a similar background, dropping out of university to startup his company, he exited the company in the US. Before joining Huddle he experimented with another startup but did not see the success of the first business. Both hosted two of London\’s most popular events, Flagons Den and Tech City Tours. They started IncuBus to help more early stage startups survive and thrive. |
