Startup Name: My Review Sidekick
Tagline: A simple tool that helps businesses to easily get more customer reviews on websites like Google or Facebook
Elevator Pitch: My Review Sidekick helps businesses to get more reviews from their customers! In a nutshell, how it works is that at the click of a button you can send an email or text to your customers asking ‘How was your experience?’ This message includes a link that will easily guide users to leave a review on Your Google or Facebook business page.
Our software also offers a way to prevent unhappy customers from leaving you a negative review by redirecting them to a page where they can leave internal feedback. This allows you to privately resolve the issue with your unhappy customer instead of them publicly posting a negative review on Google or Facebook.
