Ed: This is a higher touch sales process than a lot of e-commerce sites might want but you have to think this is going to massively increase conversion rates.

Startup Name Engage
What problem are you solving? Legacy text chat, with their impersonal little boxes and nameless faceless call center experiences was the only option for website chat for the last fifteen years. Unfortunately it diminishes the customer experience to a sterile, one-time-only meeting. Until Engage came along, companies just didn’t have a good way to deliver a chat experience helped to build lasting relationships with web-based customers.
What is your solution? At Engage we were sick and tired of how difficult it has been trying to find the right people within companies when we needed sales or customer support help. So, we built a new way to find and instantly interact with people inside of companies. Engage is a combination of hyper-personal instant interaction technology supported by the concept of a live company directory. It is our dream that in the near future all companies will be transparent and helpful by surfacing their real people!
Target Market Sales leaders, marketers, website developers, businesses wanted to interact instantly with their website visitors, prospects and customers.
