|I\’m Raymond Hong, CEO and co-founder of BeeCanvas. Jake who cofound this company, has been my friend since high school. We’ve known each other for 10 years and we have been already working together for 4 years since I got into entrepreneurship right after getting discharged from military. He is suffering from adult ADHD. His condition has improved with medical treatment, but he still has hard time with communication. After collaborating troubles deteriorated, we decided to make a collaboration tool. However, existing tools were too difficult and complicated for us.I have some background in product planning but I am not good with Excel. BeeCanvas started from our vision to make more intuitive and visual collaboration that does not exist in the market. We went through many hardships and pivoting which made it all possible for the visionary collaboration tool to come to life. As a daily user, I can boldly proclaim without a doubt that BeeCanvascan become a word-class collaboration tool. Ever since I decided to be an entrepreneur, I have been working like my life depends on it.
