In inCust neither cards nor separate mobile apps are needed, and we are excited to offer the new approach to our clients. The possibility to run the loyalty program in minutes and start engaging customers is the benefit, which every business, starting from small one-man shops, can get simply by signing for inCust service.
Target Market: The primary audience of the SaaS offering of the inCust platform is small and medium retail businesses (1 to 30 points of sale), which constitute 95% of all retail businesses. This includes both brick-and-mortar businesses and e-shops and online services.
How will you make money?: Paid subscription plans, where businesses pay a fee per transaction. Additional charges are applied for messages, sent to customers.
