Elevator Pitch: 70 million Americans–1 in 3 adults–have some kind of criminal record, and they all face intense pain in finding a job. If they don’t get a job soon after release from prison, chances are they’ll be re-arrested. At the same time, in this era of historically low unemployment, corporate America can’t find people to fill millions of jobs.

Target Market: We have a 2-sided marketplace: a) we target jobseekers with records; and, b) we target medium- to large-size employers, nationwide. We focus on these industries: construction, manufacturing, warehouse and shipping, food service, customer service.
How will you make money?: We operate a staffing business and a job board. In both cases, employers pay us to find them workers.
