What is your solution? Sightbox is a vision care solution for people who wear 1-day disposable contacts.Vision care is expensive an inconvenient across the board, and 1-day wearers are the individuals with the highest burden of upfront cost. Currently customers are paying more than $1k up-front and handling all of their own logistics. We allow members to get started for less than $89. Our members receive an annual eye exam with any optometrist in the U.S., a contact lens fitting, and an annual supply of contact lenses delivered regularly via our subscription box. Our member plan pricing ranges from $39 to $89 per month and we handle all of their billing, logistics, and other details.

The market is relatively new and growing quickly. There are currently 38 million soft contact lens wearers in the U.S. spending over $12 billion dollars on vision care each year. As of April 2015, 24% of those people were already wearing 1-day disposable contacts. Ten percent of the total market upgraded to 1-day contacts in the past 18-months, and that rate continues to increase. In Europe 35% of users wear this product, and Asia is at 55% of the market.

Sightbox is easy to use, unifies a complicated consumer process into a simple offering, and allows members to pay over time.
