Narjes, was among one of the first researchers who specialized in Text mining technologies from conversations. Her expertise was and remains the development of new algorithms to analyse and mine human conversations. Among the first researchers in this emerging field, she has published numerous articles on NLP, machine learning and text mining from conversational texts. After several years working in university labs, she founded KeaText in 2010.Charles-Olivier Simard, VP & CTO A technology leader with 15 years of experience in enterprise software, Charles-Olivier has extensive expertise in the fields of computational linguistics, information management, search and semantic technologies. He obtained his MBA in Technology Management in 2011. Charles-Olivier joined the Keatext team as a partner and CTO in 2005.
